THE NORTH SHORE INN POLICIES

The North Shore Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $20 per room, per night processing fee. Weekends are two day minimum this means you may not book two and cancel one day (you will be charged for two days). Two night minimum on weekends unless only available for one. then additional fee will be imposed,

First night is charged upon booking. If other arrangements need to be made, you will need to call the hotel PRIOR to booking. A $15 per night surcharge will be added.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made less a processing fee.
Any fees charged to business caused by guest will be charged to guest.
If one night on a Friday, Saturday or holiday, an additional $20.00 may be imposed.

When departing ALL keys are to be returned. There will be a $20.00 charge for each key not returned.

All rates are based on a double occupancy, a $20 per person/per night fee for each additional person may be charged. If there are "extra" people brought in with out permission you may be requested to leave at your expense.
Please count children as guests also, if there is an emergency we need to know how many people are here.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, and for holidays & holiday weekends and special events OR A FULL CHARGE WILL BE IMPOSED. All Holidays are charged up to two week prior to arrival. ANY cancelation is required $20 per room per night .

Any reservation made with an invalid credit card will be considered null and void. Sorry no exceptions.

Any disturbances caused by a guest, that guest and their party WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE at their own expense. No refunds.

Discounts may not be compounded, no double dipping only one at a time.
Full House Policy (Weddings, Reunions, etc.):
A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required up-front. Any part of the Inn which is canceled must be done a minimum of one month prior to reserved date or a full charge will be imposed for the rooms involved.

Government rates must have tax exempt ID. and be here on official Business ( Please don't abuse this privilege if not on business) we do report these discounts.

We do give Active Military discounts & must be requested at the time you book( this is for guest checking in, not relatives).

Check-in: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements in advance with our front desk or a $30.00 fee may be imposed.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check out is possible for a nominal fee when available, for information please call us. Any unauthorized late check out a will be a minimum $20 per hour fee will be imposed.

Absolutely No Smoking inside any rooms. A minimum fine of $150.00 will be imposed if any evidence is found that there was smoking in the rooms; however, designated outdoor areas are available.
In rooms with fireplaces, you are provided a duraflame log per night. NO real wood please. You will be charged for any damages, or burns in carpet from wood, candles, irons, curling irons, hot plates or any other objects up to cost of replacement.

Pet Policy:
There is a $25.00 per dog, per night fee. Canine family members are welcome in rooms One & Two ONLY. One Medium (35 Pounds) dog per room please OR 2 small dogs (for example under 15 Pounds). Guests that bring a dog into a non pet friendly room are subject to $50. PER DAY minimum cleaning fees and up to as much as $150. NO exceptions. Feline family members are welcome in rooms one and three only for $30 per night fee. Please do not leave Canine companions unattended as they can get scared too.

AUTO-COLLECT
A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 1 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Room 1 through Room 3 ONLY
